Hi there, I just moved to Asheville on Sunday!! It's like the PA mountains I grew up in but without long harsh winters. Also with better restaurants and live music ;)
I am a newbie to RE investing but I did house hack in Austin pre-COVID. Looking for another house hack or owner-occupied multi-unit now and then to expand into STR because I really liked the interior design and hospitality involved. Grateful to have these forums, it's a lot to take in, and I would love to meet some others in the area to swap ideas and inspire each other.
