You're moving at $4,000 per hour - not too many people can beat that. Congrats!

Hi @Account Closed welcome to BP and great to see more CT investors on the site! Looking forward to seeing you around the site, and maybe even in person one of these days in CT.

@Cierra Seay

Have you spoken to other agents that work under the same broker? How do they feel? Also, speak to other agents and brokers in your area and see if you will have the same experiences at other brokerages. If it will be a better fit for you, and this is holding you back then it might be worthwhile switching asap.

Just remember to stay professional with your current broker - the real estate world is small.

@Michael Jobe that is correct. From what I was told, there were no issues joining two different brokers in two different states.

Thanks @Michael Jobe .

NAR got back to me and said that I do need to join both boards, and pay for local and state board fees, but not national.

Can anyone chime in on being a REALTOR in two different states under two different brokers? My broker in one state is not licensed in the other. Some specific questions:

  • Did NAR have issues with being a REALTOR under two different brokerages?
  • Did you have to join two local boards?

Thanks all for the helpful hints. @Richard C.  they were out of stock of the dishwasher, but we're getting a similar replacement, and I was assured it will be the same finish. Great tip, and I'm happy I saw this post before ordering it.

We ended up going with the package and the total includes shipping and tax (we actually scored an additional mail-in rebate today too, nice surprise). Although @Karin Crompton we will need to get the cords for the ice/water hook-up.

@Raven Parmer if you buy the house for the asking price, we will put a french door fridge for you :)

Hi @Rayna Acampora I can recommend an attorney to you privately who handles our closings. He's very good and reasonably priced, and will take care of title too.
