Hi Everyone! My name is Adam White and I'm a 27 year old multifamily real estate investor and property manager from West Hartford, Connecticut. I've been surrounded by real estate investors and managers since a young age. At 21, I finally became serious about my career  and started worked in the family business as a full time property manager. We manage our own assets, third party and homeowner association's. To date, I manage approximately 600+ units in central CT. Even though day to day management can be a brutal job, I saw the benefits of real estate investing and in 2010 (while working my full time job) I formed a partnership with my soon to be brother in law where we find, acquire and operate small, multifamily apartment buildings in the greater Hartford, CT area. With some luck, determination and creative financing, we were able to purchase 5 homes (13 units) in a short amount of time. I'm focused, ambitious and driven to accumulate more and more units. I joined the BP community for networking purposes and also because I recognized the valuable information and resources that is offered to folks who are new to real estate and those that are seasoned pros.
