About Ricardo:
In 2007, while working as an offshore oil rig mechanic, Ricardo was taking his weeks off to learn all about real estate and house flipping. After getting laid off of his job in 2015 he decided to ramp up and join forces with Mr. Dennis Rodriguez to create a vertically integrated real estate business. Today they both own and operate DirectMailOut.com as a service to the investment community while also running their wholesaling and house flipping business.

About Seth:
Before Seth began his real estate career he served as a Marine. After his service he entered real estate with little to no education. He began wholesaling, rehabbing, and eventually buying and holding properties. He took this success, experience, and knowledge to Investor Loan Source where he began processing hundreds of applications and assisting other investors achieve their investment goals.

About Jeff and J.R.:

Jeff Johnson Director of Lending: has 20 years of lending and sales experience with leading companies such as NationStar, Ameriquest Mortgage, Morgan Stanley and many others. He has been leading Catalyst Funding for the last four years and will be sharing his behind the scenes view of Hard Money Lending.

J.R. Thomas Director of Acquisitions and Branding: Over 20-years in Sales Management and Finance. Currently manages a team of Home Buyers that buy real estate to Flip, Rent, and wholesale. J.R. will be sharing the process of wholesaling and his sales approach to home buying and selling.
