I have limited experience with NetWorth, they seem like a decent company. I haven't bought anything from them, but they did buy one of my wholesales. They were quick and easy to deal with on that end. I know a lady here in Houston that bought one of their houses to flip. She said the numbers they gave were pretty close. Wasn't real happy with their contractor recommendation, but everything else seemed to work out.

Hi @Khloe Butler, I may be interested in these properties. I just sent you a colleague request so we can connect!

Robert, That sounds like an interesting job! I'm just starting out in real estate as well, but have done a couple wholesale deals. If you want, maybe you could send me the address/pictures of distressed properties and we can work the lead together. We can split the profits 50/50 on any that we close. Send me a colleague request and let's connect! Thanks, Jonathan

Hi Martin Zagrzejewski I can set up some auto-notification searches on the MLS for you, just send me the criteria you're looking for and your contact info. I haven't bid on HUD homes for clients before, but I'm willing to give it a shot and see how much work it is. Thanks, Jonathan

I think there are estate sale companies that will do that. I just went to one in my neighborhood that was put on by Just Get Rid of It. Looks like they are in Friendswood, not sure where this couple is. But I'm sure there are a number of companies around the Houston area that do this.

Post: Recommendations for Houston sales agent classes?

Benjamin, I'm in Houston as well and got my real estate license back in August 2015. I took my classes online through Real Estate Express. I wouldn't say they're the best, but they were cheap. I even used a groupon to get a discount. I passed the test first time, so they at least cover what you need. My opinion is get your license as cheaply as possible and then get with a good brokerage that offers classes/training/support. You'll really learn what you need through other agents and doing transactions. I'm with Keller-Williams, they offer good classes and support.
