About Seth:
Before Seth began his real estate career he served as a Marine. After his service he entered real estate with little to no education. He began wholesaling, rehabbing, and eventually buying and holding properties. He took this success, experience, and knowledge to Investor Loan Source where he began processing hundreds of applications and assisting other investors achieve their investment goals.
