Empowered and Engaged – The Texas Realty Club networking group was founded to provide a face-to-face social platform for real estate investors to share knowledge, resources, and opportunities. Our mission is to educate, encourage, and call to action its members to contribute to one another’s successes.

We do two things – 1) a monthly workshop-style meeting where we have guest speakers followed by open discussion, 2) a monthly social where we gather for a more casual networking experience. Everyone's welcome!

@Alden Cleveland there are a few ways to be considered and accredited investor. One is to have a net worth greater than $1 million, excluding your personal residence. Or you can have made $200,000 or more for each of the last two years if you’re single, $300,000 if you’re married, and have the expectation to make the same amount this year.
