Texas Realty Club is happy to announce Scott Lawrence as guest speaker for the May Workshop. Scott will be discussing how finding and maintaining relationships with contractors, lenders, and partners have been key to the resilience of his long career in real estate.

Scott began his career as a mortgage professional in 2005 and began flipping in 2007. He has rehabbed dozens of properties from Brooklyn NY to San Antonio TX including $1MM+ homes! He is also a licensed real estate agent who once specialized in brokering bulk property packages to hedge funds. This is going to be an exciting and informative discussion with a true industry vet!

About Matt - Matt Baker and Kevin Wood have been investing in various aspects of real estate since 2015. In that short time they have acquired a sizable portfolio of single family and multifamily properties in great neighborhoods like the Heights.
