Hi all! Very new to the mobile park investment world and am down in Miami! Do any of you know of a fund or a park where you can buy stock or ownership and then receive a dividend as an investment? Please let me know your thoughts! Any advice, connections or reading materials would be greatly appreciated! David

@David Farron

There are three that I know:

  1. Sunrise Capital Investors fund mentioned by @Brian Spear (i invest with them)
  2. @Jefferson Lilly park street partners fund
  3. Mobile Home University open funds as well.
