So I stumbled upon this website PrivateMoneyGoldmine.com doing a google search.  Does anyone know if they are legit?  Could be just "pay us your money and never see it again" kinda thing?

@Scott Robinson I heeded the advice of others. I know some HML's locally thru my REIA. I couldn't even find them in a simple google search so... next ;-)

Has anyone heard of this company Private Money Immediately Inc.?  They emailed me today, and I'm looking for feedback on them to see if anyone has used them, or know someone that does.  If I'm in the wrong forum sub-group I apologize.

Thanks.

@Justin Fraser - you are the man!  You've accomplished so much in so little time.  It truly amazes me.  You are an  inspiration.  And I aim to follow in your footsteps.

@Account Closed

What bells and whistles are you speaking of exactly?  I'm new to this business.  Just bought my first property.  Will need to close, fix, and then rent, and refi.  So Can you help me understand what else I would need in QBO?  I've been using QBO since February 2018.

Thanks.

I''ll be closing on a house in Riverside, NJ at the end of August. Cost $47,250, rehab, $15,000 - ARV $85-90K - Rent range $1350-$1450.

Looking for reasonable interest rate to provide funding. Length negotiable. Please contact me. Prefer local investors to meet for lunch with POF.

Thanks.

HI BP - I'm going to Orlando, Fl on Tuesday 6/26.  Leaving from Newark Airport and staying at the Marriott Courtyard.  Would like to know if anyone will be doing the same and would like to talk about real estate while on vacation.  Will be with family, but maybe we can chat on the plane or in the airport.

I'm looking for a service that I can upload my 2000+ leads of absentee owners and get their phone numbers.  Don't want to have to pay an arm and a leg.  Can anyone recommend a good service for this?  I've seen some free phone look-ups, but you have to type in the address one at a time.

Thanks.
