Does anyone have any recommendations on turnkey companies that can bring me SFH's and/or small multi-families that I can BRRRR in the Columbus, OH market? I'm looking to invest outside of my home state and I hear good things about Columbus. I am looking to find someone that can bring me deals that need to be fixed up; and they also have a crew that can do the fixing and renting. I realize this is not the way to get great deals, but I can live with pretty good deals

Hi Reggie - don't have anything yet. However, several of the properties I've been looking at have ARV's around 80 or 90K. So based on that, would be looking to do cash out refi's of 75% or more. Email me at [email protected]

Thanks.

I'm looking for lenders that will do asset based lending for property values down to $50K. I have excellent credit, however, have no income to show, and need lender that can lend based on property income and expenses. This would be for a BRRRR type investment. Thanks.

Looking for reviews of this lender. Has anyone used them? What is the experience? I received an email from them, I see them on BP, but I can't seem to find any other data.  If I missed it, sorry, please direct me to it.

Thanks.

I've been working with Brandon at F&G for over a year.  He is very attentive, and responds to my emails usually within 24 hours.  I didn't get all the credit I was hoping for, but I wouldn't have gotten what I did get without F&G.

Hello BP - I'm looking to learn more about the Columbus, OH market. Are there any local Columbus investors that can help me determine what makes it so attractive? Why is it getting hot? What are the best Class C/B- neighborhoods to BRRRR. I'm in NJ and am looking to build a team.

Thanks.
