This is a 7/3 2915sqft three story stucco house with a huge walkout balcony on a 10,000 sqft lot. It is considerably larger than most of the properties around it, however it did sell in 24 days in 2016...in January. For rehab, it's flooring, paint, some drywall work, and touch ups to fix a broken bathroom pipe. Good neighborhood for flip or rental! This house does sit on a busy street so we have adjusted the price/sqft considerably compared to the comps. Our subject property is at $94.33/ft. Average of comps is $103.45/ft. IMO, this would work better as a rental. You could flip it but it would be tight. There is some foundation work to be done, and we are in the process of getting a bid.
