Good neighborhood for flip or rental! This house does sit on a busy street so we have adjusted the price/sqft considerably compared to the comps. Our subject property is at $94.33/ft. Average of comps is $103.45/ft. IMO, this would work better as a rental. You could flip it but it would be tight. There is some foundation work to be done, and we are in the process of getting a bid.
