This is a 7/3 2915sqft three story stucco house with a huge walkout balcony on a 10,000 sqft lot. It is considerably larger than most of the properties around it, however it did sell in 24 days in 2016...in January. For rehab, it's flooring, paint, some drywall work, and touch ups to fix a broken bathroom pipe.
