Frisco flip opportunity on cul-de-sac. Brand new roof put on a few months ago. We have a foundation bid for $4,000. Rehab includes very minor cosmetics including paint/wall paper, some flooring, granite in the kitchen and stainless apps if you choose. Rearranging the master bath would be a suggestion because it is choppy due to owner's choice when built.
