This can be a solid rental or small flip. House is very clean and practically rent ready. Rental rates from $1,175-1,250. For a flip the comps were scarce, two were mostly original with minor updates and sold in the mid $130's range, one was completely updated and sold for $155,000 which is achievable with a nice finish out.
