Nice rental or owner finance deal in South Dallas. Home will need new paint inside and out, flooring, kitchen updates, bathroom updates, landscaping, HVAC, some minor foundation, and more. You can flip this, but in my opinion the best option is to buy and hold to rent or owner finance. This area is great for rentals and you can get $1000 a month.
