Well maintained Flower Mound quick flip or long term hold. Rents range from $2400-$2600 per month. This property sits on nice interior lot with a fiberglass pool. Over all the house is not in bad shape.

It could be rent ready with very minimal work done. If you are looking at this project to fix and sell you would need to do more in the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and possibly the pool. There is tile through out the property.

Most of the comps in this pocket are selling in similar or just slightly nicer condition than the subject property. Doing a cost effective rehab on this project will put you above the standard of these homes.
