Property is a 2/1, and needs work. rehab will go towards bath updates, kitchen updates, HVAC, roof, foundation, flooring, windows, and updating the electrical box. Small flip or solid rental in southern Dallas. House is very clean and practically rent ready. All the majors seem to be in good working condition, very minor foundation work needed. I believe I went overboard on the rehab but wanted to be safe. Tax rolls say this house is 916 sqft and a 2/1; however, it has three nice sized bedrooms and feels a lot bigger than the stated square footage. This is a solid property in an up and coming area.
