Rental or owner finance deal in East Fort Worth. Rehab is pretty straight forward. House is on a huge lot that is a third of an acre. You don't need to over rehab this property, rental rates should be solid at $850 per month with a little cosmetic work. I included a couple of AS-IS comps in my packet that both sold for more than we are selling.

This house is currently being rented out for $500 per month, but is in pretty poor condition cosmetically. Tenants have been given a 30 day notice and will be out by May 27th. Rent will be $500 prorated between closing and tenants moving out. Contact me for more information!

We have a foundation bid of $4000, and it is just minor cosmetics beyond that. Once brought up to the condition of the best comps (only one of which is fully updated) this thing should sell pretty quickly.

There is a great bay window in the living room that gives plenty of natural light. This property is going to need some love to bring it back alive. It is straight forward rehab to the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and a fresh paint job. With some modern touches you will have no trouble renting out to SMU students or selling it in the peak of summer. One comp sold last month for 240k it is the same size. It is very nice.
