This is a 3/1.5 with a 2 car carport, in a neighborhood where comps are selling for upwards of $116/sqft (for larger homes, meaning that the price/sqft should be higher for ours), and renting at $1200/mo. solid. Tax roles are wrong on lot size--it is 9724 sqft. For rehab, it looks worse than it is--roof, HVAC and WH seem fine, with little to no foundation, but the interior will need full update with drywall work for sure. This is a 3/1 1208 sqft deal which would make a decent low end flip, or rental. As it stands now, it needs some love--there are about 12 different types of floor tile throughout, but it's going to need a little bit of everything to get it right. I put a healthy rehab budget in there to get it done--$33/sqft, so that should be plenty to get it sparkly and new. Comps are looking solid for sales and rents--shouldn't have any problem getting $1100/mo for rent or $139K for a sale. Contact me for more information!
