@Morgan Madill

Have every done any fishing in your adult life? Have you ever asked the older fisherman if they have caught any fish? Unless they really know you, they are not going to give you a straight answer because they don’t want anyone fishing in their honey hole. Maybe the same with real estate honey holes 😄😆. Good luck.

@Jonathan R McLaughlin

Your just jealous because of the 17 rings RTR.

@Randy Rodenhouse

It’s the plaintive lawyers causing the rate increases. How do you explain rate increase when you have no claims and you are over 200 miles from the coast. I owned these homes over 8 years. Tell I’m wrong. Thanks

@Talley Haines

I own a hand full of C class homes worth about 65 k and they cost about a grand each annual. Insurance has gone up about 55-60% last 2 years with no claims thanks to all the lawyers that advertise on tv. Alabama is a plaintiff friendly state and you and I and everyone else is paying for them dam lawyers. One ad said don’t worry about suing the person because they are really going after their insurance company which means the insurance company raises our rates. And that’s why. Good luck. Jp

@Daniel Peavey

Amen to the taxes and insurance.

It’s our butt on the line even if the property is paid off my cost is about $325 month for taxes insurance and maintenance. I guess I can take it out of the millions going to the Kennedy Center in Washington DC lol. Thanks

@Jill F.

I only have a handful of Sfh and most are paid off however I still have to pay insurance and taxes which means I still have expenses to pay. Do you think the insurance companies nor the counties will give us a pass on these costs of taxes and insurance.

That’s about$3-400 per home plus about $175 month each toward maintenances and when you are retired like I am, I count on this small amount income.

Good luck and be safe. JP

@Alex

These 4 homes are paid for. I bought them in 2010. They are about 65 years old.

These homes are valued at about 70k each. No claims. Rent 850

Taxes and insurance are about 2k annual.

2018 I bought a brand new home all brick with 2 car garage for 151 k and now valued about 165k. Taxes and insurance about 2400 annual. Rent 1200. I will be 90 years old before it needs major improvement.

Go figure

@Alex Cabej

Alex. How many lawyers are advertising on tv in your area?

They want to sue people that have insurance. The insurance companies pass the cost on to the policy holder and we end up paying for the dam lawyers. My insurance has gone up 45 to 60 % the past 2 years. How about you?

We need to be turned the lights onto these vultures, The Plaintive Lawyers. Thank you.

@Rob Roebuck Rob it easier to get into this c- d neighbourhood these lower entry level homes with bad area with higher net numbers that property that are twice as much be DO appreciate and not appreciate. I have 2 property in Huffman that are value at 60 k each that rents for 860 each. I also owed a couple of new Homes all brick two years old in Shelby county THAT REnts for $1250.

House in Huffman value at 70000 each cost me $2000 year in taxes in insurance. Hoses of 160 k costs me the same 2000 in taxes and insurance.

D

Same cost for house twice the value and appreciation. Good luck
