@Adrian Dendulk

I would not buy in Birmingham Bessemer Tarrant City school district. Follow the schools. You won’t go wrong

@Champ Leong

1. Follow the schools.

2. Stay away from Birmingham city limits, bessemer, Tarrant city and Center point. Some trade people won’t work in Center point due to the terrible regulations.

3. You get what you pay for.

4. Don’t rent to anyone who’s profession starts with a”P”. I am dead serious.

Good luck 🤞

@Hardik Ruparel

Follow the good schools. Stay away from Center Point, bad inspections and high crime. Good luck 🤞.

@Rush Elliott

Be patient and make your money on the buy not what you expect the property to appreciate to.

Have your money ready when you find the deal and put at least 20% down payment so you don’t have to pay for mortgage insurance. Good luck 🤞.

One more thing. You make your money on the buy not on the sale

Eric. I would not be buying now. Everything is over priced. I would work on getting my money together first.

In Birmingham metro area I prefer no house that is in the city limits of Birmingham. Bad school system. Follow the schools. Good schools never fail you. Jefferson county schools are ok. I love Hueytown.

I like gardendale. North Jefferson county. No Birmingham or bessemer. I like shelby and st Clair county.

Study those areas. Good luck
