Welcome, Kristin.

You've set great goals and seem thoughtful enough to achieve them. Best of luck!

And as far as your connection to education, thank you! Educators are under appreciated and can (and do) make all the difference in the students' lives. I taught for 3 years here in New York--a very inspiring, and humbling, experience.

Another resource for general demographic data is zip-codes.com

Best of luck!

Welcome @Shlomi Mor !

Rehabbing is extremely rewarding work! Best of luck as you pursue your passion.

I'm not as familiar with resources around flipping on BP, but before I knew about these forums, I consulted FLIP for advice and planning.* Hope it helps!

John

*I have no incentive to recommend FLIP from Amazon. Just found it to be an excellent resource. Good luck!

Hey Jay,

Nice brownstone photo!

I see you've already heard from Darren and @Pete Nater . Both great guys. I just met Pete last week and Darren has put me in touch with some good people.

It sounds like you've already got a fair amount of experience under your belt. I hope the forums provide you with helpful information and food for thought.

Regarding your last post about fixing/flipping here in New York City, I feel your pain. I wanted to do a renovation-flip in Brooklyn, but realized how much easier it would be to complete it outside the city. I opted to do it in California instead. It's always fun to pick up tools and go at it--if you decide to do it, best of luck!

Like @Darren Sager said, it would be great to meet you at one of the meetups. I'm visiting the local REIA's to connect with people in the field. I'm also here in Brooklyn!

John

@J Scott and @Michael Quarles

Thank you for your posts. Browsing the forums, your posts continually add relevant insights to the threads.

I am looking to market to 30/60/90 day lates. Any direction on which services to consider or avoid in acquiring this data?

Thank you!

Thanks @Mehran K. !

Best of luck in moving toward your 5 year goal! I'm sure you're putting things in place to make it happen.

I'm always up for a good podcast that will make me think. Thanks for the encouragement.

All the best!
