Hi there ,

I am very excited to have found this Forum and to read all the great information everyone in this community are contributing...

A bit about me...I am living in New York City for 7 years and I love it here, I am originally from Israel Tel Aviv and I work as a freelance stylist in the fashion industry.

I was always Intrested in Real estate and now I find myself more and more Intrested in flipping houses...and also multi units buildings for rental...

My goal is to build wealth from Flipping houses and use that wealth to buy multi units building in NYC and rent them out...

I would love to get some insight about what should I read and learn and suggestion for research in the New York area
