@Jessica Doolittle what type of investing would you be most interested in, flips, wholesale, buy and hold, multi family? I would figure that out first and then decide on the market.

I’m aware of the challenges in NY which is why I have decided to invest in PA. Would be happy to discuss how and why I got started there.

@Mayer M. Arrowhead lake, Locust lake and Lake Naomi are the ones I am most familiar with.

I also invest in the Poconos and own 2 vacation rentals, location is key. Both homes are located in amenity filled gated communities, properties are booked all summer long and most winter weekends. Historically March and April are the slower months.

@Kevin Mathisen I own an AIRBNB in Pocono Lake about 35 minutes away from Shawnee. There is plenty of draw to the Pocono’s all year round, feel free to reach out with any questions.
