I have been investing in the Poconos since 2003 and have been through

Major market cycles. The majority of markets throughout the US are over inflated and finding reasonable labor is more difficult than it has been in the past. All that being said the Poconos is STILL a solid market for cash flow and entry level pricing. I would be happy to share my resources with anyone who is serious about investing in the Poconos.

Remember the only good time to buy real estate was yesterday so don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait!
