Hey Everyone,

For those of you with experience in wholesaling, how do you typically reach out to motivated sellers? I'm guessing that many contacts are the result of connections and networking, but if you approach a seller with a deal, what are the important aspects of the deal that need to be communicated? Are there scripts that should be learned? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Hey @Sterling White, do you have scripts that you use when making cold calls? I'm asking because I'm planning on doing my first wholesale deal within the next couple months and I'm trying to get an idea the important aspects of a deal. Thanks!

If you are an investor and a wholesaler approaches you with a deal, what info do you need to have before committing to it? I'm begging my wholesaling education and am wondering what the most important aspects of a wholesale deal are. Thanks!

Hey Everyone, I have a few questions about wholesaling that I am looking for feedback on. When you find a property that is already listed by an agent, is it even worth trying to wholesale the property? Second, if you do find a property that is in good condition, needs minor repair, is located in a hot area and is undervalued compared to the surrounding homes, how would you begin the process of wholesaling it? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Hey Jared Smith I'm not sure what your niche is, but the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller is a great book about REI that has a section dedicated to systems. The entire book is dedicated to being systematic and efficient as an investor. I would highly recommend it. Hope this helps!

Kerry Castleberry Julie Marquez Thanks for the feedback! As far as Starbucks goes, they seem to be primarily targeting Oakland and the universities. Hazelwood is interesting, I have driven through there a few times and seen some development, it definitely has great location!

Thanks for the feedback @Anthony Angotti! I have heard similar things about Polish Hill, I'll check out Carnegie and Brookline.

Hey Everyone, I live in Pittsburgh, PA and am wondering which neighborhood Pittsburgh area investors think could see the growth that has happened in Lawrenceville and is currently happening in East Liberty. Just curious to hear people's opinions. Thanks!
