Starting out and Making Systems

Hey everyone,

Recently I have been trying to start my Real Estate investing aspirations. Unfortunately, I think I am getting way ahead of myself, and not creating systems to follow once I begin finding deals. I think I have found my niche that I want to tackle, but as stated have not developed any systems to proceed further once acquiring my deals. What do you think are good systems for newbies to develop right out of the gate so that they can be prepared for being organized, finding deals, and moving forward once finding those deals?

Go to YouTube and search for "Dan Schwartz Mind Map" It's the basis of my business now and we're averaging 8-10 wholesale deals per month over the past 3 months. Also, a CRM is good to start with so that it grows as your business grows and you're keeping track of your leads. I love Podio so you might want to look in to that as well.
