COLD CALLING

I just have a quick question regarding cold calling. Its something that I'm interested in putting into my business and I'm curious how some of you fellow investors are getting in contact with sellers. Are you using a source to find these numbers? Are you using a phonebook ? are you searching peoples facebook? Are you using public records? There's multiple ways to do it, but what works best for you ? and why ?

I've personally used whitepages.com. I pull expired listings and enter the property address into the websites search. Baby boomers typically have landlines to call @Marcus Martinez
