Hey Everyone, I just joined BiggerPockets a few days ago, I'm 20 years old and a Junior at Pitt, living in Pittsburgh, PA. I read Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor over the summer and it got me hooked on REI. I want to begin flipping properties in Pittsburgh when I graduate and am looking for advice on the best way to go about that. My long term goal is buy and hold. Any feedback or advice about the best way to get started would be appreciated. Thanks!
