Ceary Williams Oh, okay. I was going to use YellowLetters.com as I have 200 names of absentee owners and none of them reside at the property.

Ceary Williams When filling out a Yellow Letter order, do we need to specify which address to send the letters to anywhere? I know on the yellow letter, it will merge [PROPERTY ADDRESS], but if the owner's mailing address is different, which address will it be sent to? I haven't sent out any yellow letters yet, so I apologize for the question. I was searching around for about 30 minutes trying to find an answer.

I work a full time job throughout the week on 2nd shift so I won't be able to make the meeting unfortunately.. I'd love to be able to attend some of these though.

Awesome! I am excited for you! I was so close to my first wholesaling deal when my investor backed out due to the property line being too close to the home itself, and permits would of been hard to get due to the road beside it and all of that.

Good luck!

Ceary Williams I guess I've just never been. I wouldn't know where to go or what to ask, lol. I may have to do this.
