Fireplace looks ok but the wall needs more decor to picture frame it. Definitely paint or stain the deck out back as it is an awesome space to entertain. When you put it on the market stage it with a grill area and comfy chairs to sit in. All depends on the area if the price point compares with the CMA of the other units in the area. I can see you take pride in the things you do. Don't lose that perspective. Good luck. Just my 2 cents.
Thanks for the very informative, detailed reply.
There is only one bath, unfortunately. I definitely like the tile idea in the shower, and I’ll probably be doing that! Didn’t even think about that until you mentioned it.
And there isn’t a laundry room. The washer/dryer is in the kitchen, which is a downfall of the house, in my perspective.
I should’ve taken a picture of the back yard. The back yard isn’t that great. It’s sort of on a hill, and in fall, a ton of leaves pile up. The deck takes up the majority of the back yard, but is it a nice deck. Going to pressure wash it and then either paint or stain it.
What about shutters on the windows? Add gutters or?
