Hey Guys, So I’ve listened to podcasts and seen where people have used credit cards and loans, etc. to invest, and I have 10k at pretty low interest rate to invest. Where would you guys invest 10k at?

Real estate is not a good place when you have 10K.   That's nice savings, but generally takes more.  And you need reserves.   Good luck.
