I have leads coming in a PDF. I have adobe and can convert to an excel spreadsheet. BUT they do not format correctly. As my spreadsheets I use are for a mail merge. Is there a work around for this?

I am about to embark on using Podio. I have also seen some good things about using Zoho. It seems like Podio takes quite a bit of time to get running. I would love to hear about what you are doing @Chris C. 

In Podio, I'm seeing that CRM and Marketing are two sets of apps. Has anyone found a combined app? I'm looking to track a lead from capture through to the sales cycle and automate marketing activity (emails, phone call reminders, etc.) What are your best picks?
