No existing wiring between the units. Fire department is insisting. But the code is not clear and was out buying stuff today.

@Craig Macdonald  they are acceptable here in NH. I put them in another building but it was pretty expensive to do. I was hoping to use some of the existing hard wired detectors I have in each unit and hard wire the rest the Fire code is asking for. If not that is alot of wireless. The wireless still need to be hard wired here.

Do fire alarms need to be interconnected between all the apartments in a 3 unit building basically if apartment one sets the alarm off it rings in two and three? Or just interconnected alarms in each unit where if it goes off in apartment one it just rings all the alarms in apartment 1.

@Brandon L. Thanks yes there was some very good advice. Also a lot of drama. I felt the same I'm here for help and helping others not to be policed.

Local real estate investors meeting. Get up and introduce yourself. Network network. Talk about your deal. Call any of the we buy houses signs. Potential buyers. Call some top agents give them referral fee if you close with one of there buyers.

It's funny these lawyers and agents are not the ones putting up the money to buy the property and remove potential headaches but will charge them for there services. Con my *** I bust my butt trying to make this happen.

I am at the courthouse everyday building my list have been for months it's long and only could get ten a day, now the court knows me and helps me with more. Went after my first solid lead Saturday with an offer in.
