Brett Synicky
Thanks Brett! Yeah, I feel the same way. I look forward to meeting some of those people face to face at some point. Good luck to you whether you purchase in SoCal or anywhere else.

Karen Margrave
I have met a few people that were in that same position. Mid construction of subdivision and town homes when they decided to cut their losses and sell a little under. It must have been a challenging decision when it was actually happening. Big lesson learned there. I have also seen it happen to some billion dollar structures too in LA. They were to build 3 luxury high rise condo's but only could afford 1 building by the end of the first phase.
Cant wait to hair you updates.
Thanks for reaching out. I will save your contact information.
If your ever in need of any kind of CAD work, I have been in the industry for over a decade. Let me know if you ever have any questions as well!
Thanks!

Brandon Turner
Thanks Brandon. I think I am falling in love with the site... Not to mention the Free Beginners Guide has really informed me so much. It really gave me al the different directions i can explore further. I will absolutely become a familiar face around the forum.
Thank you for the warm welcome.

Jeff Greenberg
Thank you, Jeff. Good fortune to you and your ventures.

Karen Margrave
Thank you very much, Karen. The more i am reading on BP and other sites, the more I realize how well the OC market is doing. I read that OC will be having a 30% increase in market value. Intimidating to me, but that wont stop me from learning from it all.
I could tell that having cash for the fix and flips are the way to go. Not something i think ill be interested in at the time, even though i have a background in construction and engineering.
Thanks again for the welcome! :D

Wow! What are the odds of that? Its a small industry. We might work on the same project at some point, unless one or both of us retire early! :D
Best of luck to you too!

@Brian Gibbons
Thanks, Brian!
I have noticed there are quite a few multi-unit properties out here. Well the more learn the more I actually take notice of them.

Thanks for the link to the REA's. I will check them out and get socializing.
