2x we found the deal of a lifetime but had no clue how to finance and was not aware that we could have sought out investors here on BP. The last one was 4 weeks ago. In both instances we became aware of a zoning change before the public did or even the listing agents. We are looking to find deals for wholesalers.

More then 36 units can be built on this site<

"an individual building couldn’t have more than 12 units under the proposed zoning. However, the property could be developed with several buildings and could ultimately accommodate more than 36 units. The proposed zoning eliminates density as a concept from town zoning and replaces it with minimum lot sizes for various building types. For example, the minimum lot size for a 12-unit building under the proposed zoning is just 9,000 square feet."

I came across a property that is magnificent but I lack the finances to purchase it out right. What are some ideas to make this work.

____________

Located in a desirable state and town. Lack of housing in the town. Rents are of the charts. Could put multiple 12 plexes on the property. Once it rezones the property will be worth a lot more then it is now.

Quote from @Alex Kamunyo:

@Chris Hutchens I'm an active investor in San Antonio and Houston. I started investing last year and have completed two deals in San Antonio. House hacking a duplex, and I just finished a flip in the NW area. Currently looking for the next deal! Are you looking to begin investing in San Antonio?

Quote from @Mike Cassel:

@Chris Hutchens I’m in Canyon Lake just north of San Antonio. Welcome to the area, and there great deals to be had here in the San Antonio area.

Is that still the case?

Hello, If you do not follow through with it can you pass the info onto me?

I am all set on answers. Thanks to your responses I know what to do. Purchase the guards to keep the child safe. Thank you all so much for your insight.

Are there any serial numbers ?  Brand name?  Take a photo and run it thru Google pics looking for a match.  Might work.

I asked the tenant for that yesterday and his reply was "I am having a bad day."
