tenant says he's afraid that his infant will cut her fingers on brand new radiators.

dining room radiator doesnt have a guard on it (top pic). We didn't realize this when we moved here, but now the baby is very mobile and she has been sticking her fingers in. The inside is very sharp. The upstairs radiator has finger guards (bottom pic). Do you know where the guards are for the downstairs radiator?"
There is no missing guard. That is how it is designed by the manufacturer. What do i do now that he said that he is afraid that his daughter will cut her fingers? I can't imagine that the manufacturer of the 1st floor radiators made them in a manner that will be harmful to children? Am I responsible for taking them out and having to install new ones?
This is the 3rd issue that he asked to repair since he moved in on January 1, 2024. Should i offer to have him look for another living situation? or hire an electrician pull the new ones out and replace them with ones that suite him? The last thing i want to deal with is a lawsuit. What do i do?

The world is full of sharp edges. Tell him to teach his daughter to stay away from them. If he can't or won't, then the kid will eventually learn when they cut their finger (if that's even possible).
