Why not use a form letter that looks like a yellow letter?

There's a company out there where you can fill out a template and they will convert your handwriting into a font for your word processor. I think they charge $10 for their basic conversion (which should be all you'll need). You can then use mail merge to automatically insert their name. You can also print the address directly to the envelope. This will make you 10X more efficient.

Here's their website:

http://www.yourfonts.com/fontgenerator/280203.html

That has been the easiest route for me.

Your leads may not be the issue, maybe you just need to do more. One thing that stopped me from doing more is handwriting the letters. I found a company online that will actually create a font for typing letters up that is your hand writing. That greatly increased my efficiency with writing the letters. I think they charged me $10 to convert my handwriting into a font, so it was well worth the investment. PM and I'll give you their site.

If you are looking for better lead sources, I normally use services such as Landvoice Pro or just go to the foreclosing attorneys' websites that foreclose properties in your area (those people really need you!).

Jodi, if you're related to a principal in the company (LLC) or you are a principal in the company, you must disclose that in TN. I would check with your broker, but more importantly your RE Attorney. Unless it would hurt a deal, I would disclose it in writing every single time. You know, CYA...
