Hi Dan, you're in the right place to network for contacts. College park is an area that's growing quickly along with East Point, Hapeville and other surrounding areas and we're finding good returns in those spots

Thanks @Daniel Caraway for the mention. And I agree with @Stan Sugarman: send the termination and possibly contact a local contract attorney. I can't think of any scenario where it makes sense that they haven't paid you in 5 months if the property has been occupied with a paying tenant, and we've seen a lot of interesting scenarios with our management company.
