Realtor and Lender Recommendations for Atlanta Rental Property

I'm looking for a local Atlanta realtor, that knows the area well, and can advise an out of towner on buying rental property in the area.  I will be in town next week and would love to have a connection in place if such an opportunity presented itself.  Would also love to hear any local lender recommendations as well!  Thanks!
