@Jaysen Medhurst I havent. I never heard of them ill give them a call. Wells Fargo said that they can do it as a "second home". So well see how it goes! Thanks for the information!

My name is Justin Lee and I am a Realtor and investor. I own a duplex in New Orleans, LA and wanted to seek advice and guidance on getting a HELOC on an investment property.
