I am a newly licensed GC looking for lumber yards and concrete company recommendations that offer net 30 and 60 payment terms.

Hey, I'm looking to purchase a lot that purchased at a Tax Sale. The property is now in an Estate. The executor does not have any information on them, just what's on the County Tax Record. A Quiet Title process will need to be done in order for the property to be able to acquire Title Insurance. For this sale, the Executor of the Estate will issue a Quit Claim Deed to the buyer, and the buyer will assume all responsibility for clearing the title.

Do you know how costly quieting title is as well as any referrals of attorneys who do so in ATL?

Signature and PenFed lend nationally and have pretty good rates, but a max of 75-80%. Have you'll had any success closing one thus far?

I have a few vendors that I paid over $600 for services that were independent contractors and wanted to know the process for taxes. I have some W9s and some I don't. How do I proceed from here to include the labor charges as an expense on my taxes?
