Attorneys who Quiet Title in ATL

Hey, I'm looking to purchase a lot that purchased at a Tax Sale. The property is now in an Estate. The executor does not have any information on them, just what's on the County Tax Record. A Quiet Title process will need to be done in order for the property to be able to acquire Title Insurance. For this sale, the Executor of the Estate will issue a Quit Claim Deed to the buyer, and the buyer will assume all responsibility for clearing the title.
