Do you been in court? Do you have a judgement? Do you have a case number? If you have a case number, you can actually check your case status online. I feel something is not right.

Hi,

I have 3sfh and 5 units apt. And I am looking for a portfolio lender that can do a refinance or line of credit.

Any recommendations? I contact a few lender that they can't do it. Thank you.

It is hard than other township. However, it depends on how many units. Sfh and duplex is fine, reasonable. But triplex or up is considered as commerical. It is harder to get through.
