BRRR Philly 6 month hold
Hello everybody! Would appreciate any of the help I can get on this topic.
I can’t seem to get around the 6 month holding period for refinancing in Philly. If Youre done the work in 1-2 months how do you become successful with the BRrr method with the 6 month caveat? Im curious as to how people are successful with this. Especially if you want to move fast.
