You should reach out to Dave Haberfeld in the Bristol market. He isn't an agent but buys and sells a lot of houses in Bristol and may have something that will fit your needs. He may also recommend a good agent as well. 

I own 2 single family houses in Torrington and I have a 2 family unit in Winsted that I am doing a lease option on. If anyone wants to network or talk about investing I am all for it. I am still relatively new to all this but it is going well so far!

To update everyone. After speaking to a Netspend rep I found out you can actually have 5 accounts through Netspend which means you can have up to 5,000 earning 5% it is a bit more work sure but it is hard to argue with the return on that money. 

I can recommend Jules Poirier out of Canton. Local guy with fair pricing. Note I said fair pricing. He isn't the cheapest but he does a great job. Remember a roof can last 30-40 years if done correctly - do you want the lowest bidder working on yours?
