Is there anyone out there that would like to enter into a joint venture flipping houses. My wife and I have been in the real estate business since 2002 . Our business is located in Terre Haute Indiana . We have a 53 door rental business and have completed 4 flips , successfully. We hope to go from part time flipping to full time . We have lived in the area our entire lives , we have good contractors in place , we know the market and the neighborhoods .
We are looking for a long term partnership . You as the investor provide the cash , we do everything else. The profits are split 50/50 . There would be a lot of details involved to do this right .
