@Joe Villeneuve have you had any luck with doing so? Because I find a good deal (or what seems to be one), and then there’s no nearby comps and get uneased and confused.

Hello BiggerPockets family, I have a question that I’m looking for answers too. If I’m computing my comps number and cannot find houses that’s in the subject property couple block radius; can I then uses other properties thats futther out? Or would that be inaccurate??

I'm on the hunt for my first Buy and hold house in a college town. I plan on getting the property doing the necessary repairs as needed and then renting it out to tenants. I'm just want to here some advice from those who has had success with buy and holds and also renting out properties!! Thanks, Jaleen.

Just looking for some insight on how to approach a flip deal on a property on a house that an actual home owner is selling. Would I approach this deal as if it's foreclosure? I'm looking insight from some seasoned investors.
